At Anthropos, we protect your privacy. Since our webshop is custom-built, we have full control over our systems and minimize the amount of data collected. We do not use any external tracking tools or marketing cookies to collect your personal data.

1. What Personal Data We Collect and Why

When you shop in our webshop, we only collect data that is technically and legally necessary to complete the transaction and deliver your digital product:

Purchase and Delivery:
We collect your name and email address. The email address is essential for our system to automatically send you your order confirmation and the download link for your purchase.

Customer Support:
If you contact us with questions via email, we process the information you send to us (name, email address, and the content of your message) in order to respond to your inquiry.

Newsletters:
We do not currently send out newsletters, and your data is therefore not used for marketing purposes.

2. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:

Performance of a Contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)):
To deliver the digital product you have purchased.

Legal Obligation (GDPR Article 6(1)(c)):
To comply with applicable legislation, including the Danish Bookkeeping Act (Bogføringsloven), which requires us to store transaction data.

3. Disclosure of Information (Payment)

We never sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

In order to accept payments in our custom-built system, we cooperate with approved and secure payment gateways. This currently includes:

· Stripe (processing and acquiring card payments)

· PayPal (processing account and card payments)

When you make a payment, your payment details are sent encrypted directly to these providers. We never see, process, or store your private card information in our own system.

4. How Long We Store Your Data?

Transaction Data:
Information about your purchase (name, email, date, and amount) is stored for 5 years after the end of the relevant financial year to comply with the requirements of the Danish Bookkeeping Act.

Customer Service:
Correspondence regarding support and technical questions is deleted once the matter is resolved and no further follow-up is required.

5. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we have registered about you. You can also request the correction of incorrect data or, in certain cases, ask to have it deleted (unless Danish legislation, such as the Bookkeeping Act, requires it to be stored).
