Guide: How to Open Your Art Files (.zip)

Your digital art prints are delivered in a single, compressed zip file.
Here is how you easily open the file on your computer, phone, or tablet:

On a Computer (Mac & Windows)

1. Download the file using the link provided in your order confirmation email.
2. Locate the file in your computer’s "Downloads" folder.
3. Unzip the file:
   a. Windows: Right-click the zip file and select "Extract All...".
   b. Mac: Simply double-click the zip file.
4. A new, regular folder will appear containing your high-resolution art files, ready for printing!

On iPhone & iPad (Apple)

1. Tap the download link in your confirmation email.
2. Tap "Download". The file will automatically save inside the built-in "Files" app on your device.
3. Open the "Files" app (the blue folder icon) and go to the "Downloads" folder.
4. Tap once directly on the zip file. Your device will automatically extract it into a new folder containing your images.

On Android (Samsung, Google, etc.)

1. Download the file from your order confirmation email.
2. Open the "Files" or "My Files" app on your phone.
3. Go to the "Downloads" folder and tap on the zip file.
4. Tap "Extract" at the bottom of the screen. The images will now be saved directly to your gallery or a new folder.
