These sales and delivery terms apply to all purchases of digital products on anthropos.dk. The website is owned and operated by:

1. Digital Products and Formation of Agreement
The website sells digital products, including e-books, graphic files for printable art, applications (apps), and other downloadable formats. The purchase agreement is final once you have completed the payment and receive an order confirmation via email.

2. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK). No VAT (moms) is charged, as the company is exempt from VAT. We accept the following payment methods: Dankort, Visa, Mastercard. The amount will be debited from your account as soon as the digital product is made available for download or sent to your email.

3. Delivery and Download Limitations
Since these are digital products, delivery occurs immediately after payment. The product is delivered both as a direct download link on the screen after purchase and as a link sent to the email address you provided during checkout. The sent download link is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. The digital product can be downloaded a maximum of 5 times per purchase. It is your own responsibility to save the file locally on your device (computer, tablet, or phone) within this period. You are responsible for entering the correct email address.

4. No Right of Withdrawal
When you purchase digital products that are delivered instantly, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. By completing the purchase, you agree that the delivery begins immediately and that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal.

5. Intellectual Property Rights and Personal Use
All rights to e-books, files, images, apps, and other content belong to Anthropos. Upon purchase, you obtain a personal, non-exclusive right to use the product. The products may only be used for private, non-commercial purposes. It is strictly forbidden to copy, resell, lend, share, or otherwise distribute the files to any third party.

6. Complaints and Technical Errors
The rules regarding defects under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven) apply to your purchase. If you find that a file is corrupted or that the download link does not work, please contact us immediately at kd.soporhtna@ofni. Should you need to download the file again after your link has expired (or after the 5 downloads have been used), you can contact our customer service, which may reopen the link for you based on an individual assessment. We will refund or exchange the product if there is a documented technical error on our part. You are responsible for having the necessary software (e.g., an ePub reader or JPG viewer) to open the products.

7. Personal Data (GDPR)
In order for you to shop with us, we require your name and email address. We process your personal data confidentially and solely for the purpose of delivering the product to you. We do not disclose your information to third parties.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Purchases of products on the website are governed by Danish law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be settled by the Danish courts.
