Delivery & Download

When will I receive my product?
You will receive your digital product immediately after payment. A download link will appear directly on your screen, and we will also send a link to the email address you entered during checkout.

How long is my download link active?
Your link remains active for 30 days from the day you purchased the product. Therefore, please remember to download and save the file to your computer, tablet, or phone right away.

How many times can I download the product?
You can click the download link up to 5 times. This is to prevent misuse and illegal sharing of the files. Once you have saved the file to your device, it is, of course, yours to own and use forever.

What do I do if my link has expired or I have used my 5 downloads?
If you have lost your file due to a computer crash or similar, do not worry. Send us an email with your order number, and we will help you reopen your link.

I have not received my email with the link. What should I do?
Always check your spam folder or the "Promotions" tab, as automated emails containing links unfortunately sometimes end up there. If it is not there either, you might have entered your email address incorrectly. Write to us, and we will locate your order for you.

Product Usage

Can I share my e-book or poster file with a friend?
No, your purchase is strictly personal. You may not forward the files, post them online, or share them with others. However, you are more than welcome to recommend our shop to them instead!

Am I allowed to print the poster files multiple times?
Yes, you are welcome to print the poster files for your own private use as many times as you like – for example, if you want it hanging in both your living room and your holiday home. You are simply not allowed to resell the print or the file.

Right of Withdrawal & Payment

Can I cancel my purchase and get a refund?
Since these are digital products delivered instantly, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. By completing the purchase, you accept that the right of withdrawal is waived because the product is delivered immediately.

What do I do if there is an error in a file?
If, against expectations, you find that a file is corrupted or cannot be opened, simply contact us at kd.soporhtna@ofni, and we will send you a new, flawless file right away.
